By using Equifolio (“Equifolio”, “the app”) you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What the app is — and is not
Equifolio is a personal portfolio tracking tool. It is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Figures the app calculates (returns, projections, comparisons) are informational estimates only. Always verify important figures independently before making financial decisions.
2. Market data
Prices, charts and market data are provided on a best-effort basis from third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally inaccurate, and availability is not guaranteed. The app and its developer accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of displayed data.
3. Your data and your responsibility
Your portfolio data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Export). The developer cannot recover data lost through device loss, damage, or uninstalling the app.
4. Subscription
Access to the app requires a paid subscription (with a free trial) purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pricing is shown in the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the store’s policies. If a trial or subscription ends, your data remains safely on your device and becomes accessible again when you subscribe.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the app’s services, or use the app’s market-data service outside the app.
6. Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable).
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
